Subject: Temporary closure of AVD Drills (AVD – Atelier Val d´Or) – COVID-19
Dear customers, suppliers and partners,
The Prime minister of Quebec, Mr. François Legault, endowed with the powers conferred on him by the state of health emergency, announced this afternoon that he was ordering the closure of all businesses in Quebec until April 13 2020. This measure affects all businesses in Quebec except those recognized as “essential services”. See the list of “essential services” here:

AVD has no choice but to comply with the instructions and announces that we will temporarily close our doors starting tomorrow, March 24th 2020, at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time). As of now, we are no longer accepting requests for quotations or orders since we will be concentrating our efforts on delivering those that are in progress until 5:00 p.m. (EST) tonight.
The management team will remain available in telework to support and answer questions from employees, customers and suppliers and also to prepare for a strong return.
